This is designed to appeal to the private residential market where, on the fall of the gavel, contracts are exchanged and the buyer places a £3,500 non refundable deposit to The Auction Agents and agrees (subject to notice not being served to withdraw within 28 days) to complete within a maximum 42 days. This commitment removes the stress and uncertainty from the process. The monthly property auction allows you to achieve the optimum price with the security of a buyers deposit and agreed timescale.

Set Price – On the fall of the gavel the sales price is set and non negotiable. Selling by private treaty often results in purchasers trying to renegotiate a price after survey results on a property and in the worse scenario pulling out of the sale.
