Tenant Fees

Referencing/Administration – £140 per adult

Referencing guarantor – £140 per guarantor

Deposit – equivalent to a month and a half rent

Preparation of Tenancy Documents to include, contract, serving of TDS deposit prescribed information form & leaflet, energy performance certificate, how to rent checklist, gas safety certificate (if applicable) & checking in procedure with inventory – £150 per property

Deed of Guarantee document – £60 per document

Tenancy Renewal – £60 per property

Tenancy termination administration/Checkout – £60

Late rental payment – £40 per default

Failure to keep property management appointment – £35 per default

Non cancelation of standing order at termination – £30

Landlord Fees

Letting Service including Rent Collect and monthly accounting statement – 10% of rent + VAT

Fully Managed Service – 12.5% of rent + VAT

Marketing and Set Up Fee including preparation of tenancy agreement, registration of deposit and serving of prescribed information – £240

Tenancy Renewal – £60

Non Resident Landlord Accounting to HMRC – £45
