Long Marston is about 5 miles east of Aylesbury and north of Tring. It is a quaint village surrounded by open countryside and has properties ranging from two bedroom bungalows to large period family homes.

Long Marston VA Church of England Primary School is located in the centre of the village on Station Road. Other great schools that are close by are Cheddington Combined School, Brookmead School and Marsworth VA Church of England Infant School.
Long Marston is well connected to other villages and towns by public transport. Both Cheddington and Tring train stations are a short drive away and have services to London Euston and other major cities. For cars, the A41 dual carriageway is less than four miles away and has direct access to the M25.
