Michael Anthony Lettings Ltd is also a member of Propertymark Client Money Protection. This means we follow Propertymark’s conduct and membership rules, hold professional indemnity insurance, and you have an independent route to redress if something goes wrong and we cannot put it right.

For sales complaints call 01296 433666, and for lettings complaints call 01296 254425. You can also email info@michaelanthony.co.uk or write to us at 54 Kingsbury, Aylesbury HP20 2JE. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within three working days and send a detailed response within fifteen working days. If you are still unhappy, a more senior member of staff will review it. After our final response, you can refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months. See our complaints procedure.
Aylesbury sales: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm. Aylesbury lettings: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm. Leighton Buzzard (one sales and lettings team): Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, with viewings up to 6pm on weekdays and on Saturdays. Both branches are closed on Sundays.
