You will need a conveyancing solicitor to handle the legal work: we can recommend one from our panel of trusted local conveyancers, or you can use your own. If you need a mortgage, our partner brokers can guide you through the rest of your buying journey until completion. Once the sale completes, you can collect the keys to your new home.
